The Plantations
The Plantations is spread over an area of 34 acres in which there will be a total of 99 villas. Centrally there is to be a restaurant with upstairs terrace and veranda seating. This makes up the 100th property and is thus called 'The 100 Monkeys Restaurant'. The same as with Mango Groves, all of the properties are built from locally sourced materials wherever possible and are designed and built by Gambian craftsman, with special emphasis on carpentry and stonework.
